Q, Do you charge handling fees on your orders?
A, No we don't charge any fees to process your order, the handling fees are the set postage cost for your order and will be added as you go through checkout...The set postage charge for small packet orders are as follows.... upto 2kg £2.95, from 2kg to 4kg is £5.95  (02/2009), £8.75 Nex day carrier (Mon-Thurs) & FREE POST for any order over £75.00
Q, Can I enlarge a product picture to get a better view of the item?
A, Yes, just click on any picture in any of the product pages and a larger image will pop up...just x this screen after viewing..
Q, Is it possible to pay using my paypal account?
A, Yes you can purchase any item in 3 clicks without entering any personal info

Q, I have noticed that you have multi-buy offer dicounts on some products, how do i use this facility?

A, Yes, if you give us a call before 11am we can get any item to you for the next working day (mon-fri)
Q, I would like to buy quite a few items and combine the postage costs for a courier service how do i do this if i don't want to call?
A, The very best way is to give us a call as we can go through the order and get it shipped to you for the very best costs possible, however if you do prefer to use email, send us.
