The copyright and intellectual property rights of the content (including without limitation, the name Tons of Tackle, the text and all images) of this website are owned by Tons of Tackle (and in some cases our suppliers).  No part of the website can be reproduced or stored on any media unless permission is obtained and agreed first.

Privacy
Tons of Tackle is committed to respecting the privacy of the personal information of the individuals with whom we interact. We have developed a Website Privacy Commitment to describe our privacy policies and practices and how we collect, use and disclose the personal information of those individuals who visit our website. No payment details are stored and all payments are processed through paypal international, one of the most secure payment methods of today. You have the right to uncheck the email and news letter mailing services in your account details if you wish to miss out on any one off offers or discounts. We will not contact you if you do not wish us to.

Notification of Damage
Complaints, concerning goods received damaged, must be made in writing/email or by contacting us on 01582 603455, stating the nature of the damage, date of receipt and invoice number within 7 days of receipt of the goods and thereafter no claim shall be made against the Company in respect of alleged damaged goods. We will replace products that are damaged in transit and will also pay all postage costs involved, but you must let us know within the 7 days given.

Prices
Prices are as stated including VAT.  All delivery costs stated at Checkout are for mainland UK only.  We reserve the right to charge higher delivery costs for other locations so please contact us first for a postage quote if you are outside the UK, we reserve the right to cancel any order that has the incorrect postage costs.

Order Processing and Payment
When you submit your order you are consenting to be bound by these terms and conditions.  For an order to be supplied you must supply all requested details, including delivery name, address and contact telephone number.  We reserve the right not to fulfil an order if the details supplied are incomplete.  We will issue an email confirming your order, at which point we will consider ourselves bound by a contract with you. Please ensure your details are upto date and correct. We will not be held responsible for deliveries sent to an old/wrong address. We can only supply to the address you provide.

Returns
We will accept returned goods within 14 days if you are not satisfied and the items are returned unopened and in perfect condition.  Unless the goods are faulty/damaged, then the sender will be responsible for the cost of return.  If the goods are faulty/damaged please contact us and we will agree the shipping method and cost.  We will not reimburse excessive return shipping costs unless agreed by us prior to the contract for return shipment with a third party being agreed by you.  When returning items, please retain your proof of posting as we cannot be liable for any items lost in the post.

Force Majeure
The Company shall be under no liability in any way whatsoever for destruction, damage, delay or any other matters of any nature whatsoever arising out of causes directly or indirectly beyond the company's control.

Guarantee & Liability
Where a Guarantee is given with the goods the Company accepts no liability other than contained in the Guarantee provided that the terms of the Guarantee are strictly complied with by the same user. In all other cases and except in respect of any liability which cannot in law be excluded the Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage of whatsoever nature and howsoever incurred including consequent loss.
